What you'll want to know.
- Do unused AI tokens roll over?
- Tokens are monthly. Unused tokens don't roll over on Free or Pro. Team and Enterprise can negotiate rollover in contract.
- What happens when I exceed my tokens?
- On Pro and Team, the tutor switches to a smaller model for the rest of the month. On Enterprise, you set a hard cap or auto top-up — your call.
- Can I bring my own model keys?
- Yes — on Team and Enterprise. Your Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic key, billed direct to you, no markup.
- What about VAT and BD payments?
- BD pricing is inclusive of applicable VAT. We accept bKash, Nagad, cards, and SWIFT for enterprise contracts.
